I have a picture of a KC drivers cab if that's any good to you (it's a picture of KC48's dashboard - a bus that I own), virtually everything is the same between the KC and KD dash except the gear lever which is different. It is also worth noting that the gear selector differs between the different K class buses (KC/KD/KE/KR) - especially on the KD's - there were three different types of gear selectors on the KD's over the years, depending on the fleet number! - I know KD2-221 had a manual handle selector, KD222-364 (not 100% sure of numbers) had a Bennett electric selector switch, whereas KD365 & KD366 had a completely different T-shaped selector (as on an automatic car) which were Donnybrook experiments and also differred from all of the rest!
