The practical applications of Genesis 6... and the son of God view.
2) It also explains where the giants came from 1000 years after the flood.
3) It explains where demons came from, who they are, i.e. the early traditions concerning the spirits of the Nephilim.
4) It warns us about the days of Noah and tells us that similar things will be going on in the last days.
5) It warns women that what happened in Genesis will happen again. 1 Cor 11:7-12 “For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man. For man is not from woman, but woman from man. Nor was man created for the woman, but woman for the man. For this reason the woman ought to have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels. Nevertheless, neither is man independent of woman, nor woman independent of man, in the Lord. For as woman came from man, even so man also comes through woman; but all things are from God.”
6) And it serves as an example and warning to all - God did not spare the angels who sinned in this manner nor will He spare sexually immoral men and women.
2) If you’re a godly man, don’t marry an ungodly woman... you may end up raising little monsters... until the grow up to be big evil monsters.
3) Okay, I give up... are there any practical applications we learn from the sons of Seth grand mistake?
