is tongue interp prophecy?

Again, on that with the TOnGUE being interp'd I would tend to go with my orignal postion, that it is indeed, the TOnGUES from a person..TO GOd, being interped.. I do also believe, it could be..now that Traci is helping me see a different veiw, that it this would be words of encouragemnt...of even a foretelling of what is coming down for the local assembly..thus the prophets judging... As I read kmore last night, I could not get back on the computor, but was reading my Bible.....Paul had to ask,,do all prophecy? do all speak in tongues??...do all interp? The obvoius answer is no. But he begins the chbpater by seek spirituals. that is another thread...DID ALL the corinthians have the gift of tongues then?? mmnm. interesting...the orignial group did..but what about later? during the time of Pauls letter? MAYBE his words were prophetic of the last day church..where in deed not ALL speak in tongues...
