Posted by Robbin I agree that angels are particularly interesting and we (humans) seem to be quite fascinated by them no matter if one is saved or unsaved. I wonder if this is because angels have seemed more accessable and visible than God has been? I found the books by Frank Perreti very interesting, "Piercing the Darkness" and the other one I can never remember. His view of how angels saw our struggles was so eye-opening and revelatory. I can truly say that was when my perception of an "angry God" began to change. I also believe that angels have distinct personalities and are not just carbon copy molds of one "figure" and personality...like a bunch of assembly line robots or something. I may even go so far as to suggest that angles, though they are spirits, also have souls. I believe like you that angels have the power of choice. How else could they fall? I often wondered why there is no salvation for angels. A couple of years ago I realized it was because they are/were already with God. When they chose to leave that wonderful presence of God, there could not possibly be ANY salvation for them. That would be like us finally making it to heaven then later on chosing to leave. What's up with that? I liked your thoughts. Robbin
