"William Branham was a Baptist when he first began having supernatural experiences and seeing people healed as a result of his prayers. So, was he spirit filled when these things happened?" Yes, he was. I don't believe "baptized in the Holy Spirit" and "spirit filled" are precisely the same thing. The fomer presupposes the latter, but not vice versa. I love speaking in tongues and I think every Christian should - it is nigh near a command. I find tongues edifying for my spirit, but am not convinced they are God's will for every Christian. Can you explain why you think every Christian should speak in tongues?
