I sit in stand still traffic in the Seattle area that has gotten worse because almost 1/3 of it is folks who have come here since the flood gates have opened, and it is only getting worse. We can not afford to get overwhelmed with people with "needs" lest we too become the needy, the flood is breaking the bank.

People came here long ago and nobody stopped them , why not now? That was then, this is now...period.
