What I recall is that Mexico arrests and deports all illegal immigrants. Even legal immigrants are not allowed to protest or vote and would be deported for doing so. There are other restrictions on illegal and legal immigrants to Mexico. But then they turn around and ignore our laws. When the president of another nation says that he will ignore our laws and help his people to come to our country illegally, that is a government sanctioned invasion an should be considered a hostile act against our nation. Would I give water to an illegal immigrant in the desert? Absolutely. And while he was drinking I'd be on the phone to the ICE (INS) giving them his location.

what we would be hearing out of Mexico if 12 - 20 million of our citizens were down there illegally?
