That's been my observation too. I believe when God "SENDS" someone, they are SENT and there will be little doubt. Practicing the prohetic office is foolish and dangerous in my opinion. Why? If you really have the authority and the gifts for the office it will not take practice to be a prophet. You do need practice if you are fumbling around in a spirtual stupor grasping for something God may not doing. You may gain wisdom through the course of operating in that office but if a prophet speaks the heart of God because God has revealed it, why would someone need practice? I think the practice angle is an excuse for all the foolishness we see in Pentecostal circles. Yes, I am aware of the instances in the scriptures about prophets that became unsure, hid, etc.
