Posted by KtY on 5/2/2006, 4:29 pm, in reply to "What I believe" I believe that we are all to be fully functioning, healthy members of the body of Christ, generating energy, creating new life from within, birthing babies as it were...spiritually as well as physically, adopting children in need of godly parents, fostering those without healthy parents...nurturing, feeding, leading, guiding, mentoring, joining arms with one another, supporting one another, protecting one another, covering one another's nakedness, refining one another, sharpening one another as iron sharpens iron as we become collectively Christ's ambassadors on earth. We are to become friends that stick closer than a brother, a friend who loves at all times. We are to become God's hand extended to the lost and the confused, the needy. I plan to be recognized by many when I return with Christ to rule and reign with him, because they heard the word of my testimony. I plan to become a living epistle, known and read of all mankind. By his grace, power, and mercy, I will be what he wants me to be, and when needed, I will say, "Yes, Lord, use me..." I love this discussion, I love you all, and I love Jesus. functions independently on its own independently it is unable to function at all without the remainder of the cells. We are to be interdependent with one another. When one cell goes haywire, those nearby are effected by it, and can be lost because of it.
