Posted by Traci I barely have enough time to take a shower every couple days! This may sound a little sarcastic, but when it comes to special water, expensive, organic food, whole grains, low fat and all the rest . . . If the human race was that frail, we'd never have made it this far. God has made us to want to live and thrive in far worse environments that 21st century America. But. . . not to be closed minded, I believe there are spiritual principles in regard to taking care of your body. Traci

Maybe I need to get with the program (I didn't have a cell phone until a year ago, so . . .), but I'm not really into health stuff.
