Later in life you start to think more about your health...and thats ok..just so it does not put you in a place "above" the rest of the body of Christ, you can do what you want. What is good for one may not be right for another.

I do believe it is good to eat healthy. I am not proud of many unhealthy attitudes our family had in raising our boys. We were poor and we bought and ate that which was cheap...sometimes cheap means sacrificing the healthiest choice.
