I love labs!!!

But, I've never owned one. My last dog lived to 18. Big dogs don't live so long. And big dogs get hip problems. I love the light colored labs. I feel sorry for the dark haired and Alaskan type dogs down here. It just seems like torture to take them out on a warm/hot, sunny day. Big, fair, and hip problems...I must have been a lab in my former life! OK, so I probably wasn't as friendly....or as slobbery...as a lab. OK, I was really a beagle in my last life.
