Spirit Full or Spirit Filled?

Either way, how does being "FULL" equate with speaking in tongues? Do we want to adopt the old time Pentecostal thinking of people just gushing in tongues because they are are so overcome by the Spirit? Or, do we want the modern Charismatic understanding that anyone can speak in tongues at any time, simply because they were at one time "filled" (or baptized/immersed)in the Holy Spirit? (Of course there seems to be some indication in scripture of being "re" filled.) So, is it valid to speak in tongues while filled? How about between "filled" and "re-filled". Is everyone who speaks in tongues "filled" with the Spirit of God? OK, "tongues" is one issue. Filled, like immersed, like saturated, ... FILLED with the SPIRIT OF GOD... How many folks who speak in tongues are FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT OF GOD??????
