Sorry to hear about your move. It really is ashame...but you do have to go where the "pay check" goes!
Anyhoo...I can save you a seat though. I work & live right along the Pacific costal line. Definitely have wonderful costal view from my office. I can give you a private tour...hope that this "open" offer makes you feel better!
