What's going on? Getting ready for Santa? Have you been a naughty or nice boy? It's ok...no need to answer to me...you just need to answer to yourself! 
What's the plan for Christmas? Anything? I'm hosting Christmas this year. Got me a nice slab of prime rib roast (bone in) & a chunky piece of ham. I've baked the honey orange ham previously & it was pretty good. But the prime rib would be my 1st trial...
...ha ha ha...yeah...I'm trying it on my guests. Hope that no one gets a tummy ache afterwards! Oh, what would they know... staring at the beautiful flames in front of the fire place should do the trick of curing any aches and pains, right? Yeah, I got some firelogs & I plan on buring some tonight...ahh...that's if I can get them started! Cooking is easier than getting a nice fire burnt, you know!
