Dear Evan, this is how stalkers get started. I'm so glad to hear you recognize the warning signs. She is sending you a message. Listen, and take care of yourself before you drown in this. It's not an addiction, more of a compulsion, because you aren't able to let go. Take small steps and don't allow yourself to drive by her place. Force yourself to drive someplace else when you feel the urge to check on her. You're still in control my friend. Good luck. Jeannine
