I'm having trouble with setting limits on my childrens' nanny's behavior. She buys them gifts and lets the younger one tell her what to do. I can see it damaging the younger one to some degree, though I am sensitive to this sort of thing. I have told the nanny twice in the past ten years not to buy gifts for the kids. It just floors me when she continues to do so. I have a great deal of trouble confronting her about anything. She is overall very responsible and punctual, but I feel as if the little girl is becoming overindulged and spoiled by her elevated status.
