being codependent I find it difficult to refuse to try to give you some advice.
first I would do your best to try to see things as they are, not as you wish they would be. mature men don't get their ex's pregnant. may explain his little "test."
second, it does sound unhealthy that you called him non-stop for 24 hours. ask yourself why you need to do this. do the soul searching that we all have to do. look at your past. etc. etc.
you can't control whether he loves you or not or whether he loves you for the right reasons, but he may. if he does then giving him space will be a good thing. if he doesn't, you're not living in reality.
