Hi there, For me the answer was to go back to the child in me and 'forgive' her and love her and tell her it is ok, it wasnt her fault, it wasnt right and she deserved much much better. Start there. Just wrap your arms around yourself and give that little girl a hug n kiss n tell her she is safe, she is ok now. Spend some time loving her, nurturing her, allowing her to express herself, grow up, be loved for who she is. Re your partner: when you stop holding onto people so very tightly new beautiful things start to be experienced. Luck n love.
