Read Melody Beatty's "Codependent No More." You will learn a lot about codependency and that everyone has a different definition of what codependency is. But, the key is to learn to take care of yourself. Good luck on your journeys. And remember, life is an adventure. There is no winning and there is no losing... it's just an adventure.
