I know it is a tough one to love one day and have it gone the next. In time the pain will go away along with the nausea and anxiety. But give it time and find yourself. I am going through the same right now and it hurts so bad sometimes that I feel the pain is going to kill me. Through this I have found that I am also co-dependent and have been reading alot, going to meetings and finding myself. I wonder at times if I will ever find my mate, but I am going to give that to God. So T just work on yourself and trust your Higher Power!!
