my wife of 15yrs who i worshiped is about to leave me

after 15 years it seems she has had enough, i worshiped her and would give up everything i own for her. but on saturday she will leave me. she was recently diagnosed with depression and i do think that has a lot to do with it. but i am now at the point where i have not slept and eaten for 10 days and have reached the point where i can't think straight and am now starting self harm... somebody help me...please
