abandoned/going threw a divorce with an alcoholic husband

My alcoholic husband left 5 months ago, after 5 times of leaving I told him I wanted out of the marriage, he filed for divorce on me, I am disabled and am finding this very hard. He is verbally abusive to me, he also received a owi, I can't seem to get a grip on life. My whole world has crashed down, I know it is the best thing to do is to divorce but it is 14 yrs of marriage. Help me!!!! to cope!!!!
