Hi, I have read codependent no more, but I just heard about another book by Pia Mellody called Facing Codependence and I like it better. I have read codependent no more so many times, but for some reason the format and language Pia Mellody uses in her Facing Codependence is easier to read and understand and relate to. Hope this helps!
