I've never posted on one of these forums before. I've never really asked for help. But I need help. I'm tired of being put down, I'm tired of hating myself, I'm tired of my marraige always being miserable. I don't know what to do. I can't stop worrying about being alone. I'm scared. I'm stupid. I'm lonely.
