Do you think it's okay for her to be selfish and only go out with you on her terms? No reply to your email? So she didn't reply...you don't know why sure you can assume she likes someone else but you don't know that. Maybe, SHE is not worth YOUR time, obviously if this is how you are feeling and you are experiencing this much drama and game-playing - she's not right for you anyway.
You are worth more than this type of treatment. You need to simply leave her alone and let her go. Don't call her and when and if she calls you - wait to call her back for a day or two, give her some of her own medicine.
