This story probably meant a lot more to those who closely followed the series with Danny Ketch in it. Any insights on how this follow up fared are most welcome. And what Easter Eggs were in that trophy room?
Blaze's minimal appearance actually worked well with this story. But the story wasnt very forthcoming with too much other than the kidnap mission.
First time seeing DogBoy or NinjaGuy. WERE they previously cool characters? Seeing Orb and Blackout gave a good nostalgia moment... but after a moment they seemed out of character. 'Course that couldve literally been a NEW Orb. And maybe B.O. really acts wimpy when Zadkiel is involved.
Not crazy about the art but it was MUCH better than last issue. But HATE Ketch's drawn face ALL issue!!!
Caretaker was miserable but marvelous that way. Well, except for when he... the you know... err - chop chop
- hard to believe but it mightve been better to see Marvel indulge in another decapitation instead of that tactic. He wasnt always miserable if he has a faithful granddaughter...
Might drop it(again) and just wait for the Zadkiel confrontation issue.
What did YOU think?
