I also loved the Battle of Los Angeles arc, especially since CHAMPIONS#9 was the first comic I ever read. I also liked the Stranger storyline and the Warlord Kaa issue, along with the final issue of the Champions #17 featuring the Vanisher, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, and the Sentinels.
