Trying to identify publication date of "Curly We and Friends" all in shades of black and red , no other colour published by The Star Johannesburg and inscribed by the Clibborns 1965.
Not sure if this is an original , or reprint , accompanied by about 20 of Rolands pen and ink plates in the range 7000 - 9000. These appear to be plates that have been submitted for publication , then returned to the artist with a number stamped on the back.
I understand from an earlier post that Mr Clibborn's archive was destroyed by fire , so these original prints may be of importance.
