Snakes do not have the emotion to "hate" all they have is the feelings of heat, mating, hunger, and to be scared. So he could have been scared or just fact that it usually takes some days before the snake will defecate. I always go by this is..If I don't see the feces in my snake tank then I don't pick the snake up and since I have four snakes ( two adults two babies) I always pick up the ones I know I i didn't feed because they are less likely to do anything on me. Also when you take a snake out of its home into weather that is a little more cooler the breeze from the tempeture change can cause them to do the due. Like if you put your snake in a tub of cold water and let them slide around in it the coldness kind of wakes up their system and viola you have feces in your tub lol..ewwww
