HELP? Is this a Corn Snake?

My boys captured a snake and I'm trying to find out what it is!!! I doesn't look like a cotton mourth, and I don't THINK (but don't know) if it is a copper head......the pattern doesn't look like a copperhead. The closest I can get to it is a corn snake? Or a black water snake....???? Help! Can you help me with it? I have more pictures if you need them. I want it killed if it is venoumous! Thanks!
