Two nights ago my snake was trying to shed and exactly the same thing happened - he
tore his skin off just below his neck. I did not do anything, but today he still looks the same - the old skin is still there, except on the head and neck. I hoped he'd shed by now, but nothing else seems to be happening. I am starting to get worried. What should I do to help the shedding?
