can a snake be constipated-important

hi i just got a corn snake on the 18th of july for my bday and she is releasing what appears to be balled up poop from her cloaca i am wondering if she is ok cuz do not want to lose her she is stil hyper drinking water so could it just be the fact she constipated.you can personely reach me at my eail collins.mike6e@yahoo.com thanx mike
