In a follow-up post to my viewing of "SST-Death Flight", you mention another disaster TV-movie. It's the one about a futuristic sub-orbital plane that can't land. Well, I actually remember that one.

It's called "Starflight One: The Plane that Couldn't Land". It's from 1983, ran on ABC (just like "SST") and starred Lee Majors and Hal Linden. I saw it when it first ran, but haven't seen it since. I'll have to track it down for DBNS.
