Well, this is an episode of E!'s "Talk Soup" from July, 1997. Host John Henson (who's pretty funny) is joined by Servo and, briefly, Mike. Tom acts as co-host for a good deal of the show and does a good job.
Beyond that, it's pretty much a usual episode, including a typical segment from Jerry Springer (loads of language edits), a guy with interesting hairballs from Leno, Paul McCartney talking with Conan, and a lady on Sally Jesse's show who must be seen to be believed. All in all, it's a funny enough item which provides further evidence of why I don't usually watch talk shows.
By the way, were there any other MST3K-related segments of "Talk Soup"? I can't remember.
