Actually, this is a pretty good movie. The budget is low, but it's balanced out by a really creepy atmosphere. I've heard it said that this movie is like a feature-length episode of "Twilight Zone", and it's not to bad a comparison. Definitely worth viewing.
As for Mike's commentary, it's pretty good, too. It's closer to a standard commentary than a riffing one, but he does get in some good jokes. He also notes some pretty interesting MST3K connections this movie has.
I'll let you know how the full Rifftrax version is, once it's up in the rotation.
