I rarely check for such things on Youtube. Because after the first dozen times a search for a movie title fails, I've just about given up it ever will be there. But out of boredom, I sometimes type in the title of such lost causes. And surprise!! There it be. In multiple parts. Perhaps because the rights holder has refused to put the dang thing on any viewable media, for decades. But they'll happily renew its license, forever more. But anyway...
This one is a gem that you should watch if you like old movies, that are clever. It's called "I'll Never Forget You". And I must have seen it on late night Tv over 25 years ago (just once, then never again). And it's kind of haunted me ever since. A time travel, romance story. It took me years to track down the title, from a vaguely remember list of its actors. Only to discover that it was not available on VHS or Laser Disc.
Apparently, the rights issues (whatever) were finally ironed out. But it was only released as part of a "collection" of Tyrone Power movies. Which probably means a pricey box set. It hate when they do that. Especially to the old James Bond movies. I'd rather buy separate titles.
That was July of last year (I've never seen the release at Bestbuy). But it looks as if someone managed to load it in nine parts on Youtube. So, until the movie gets marketed as a single. That will have to do, I guess. It's very clever, and you'll be asking yourself what you'd do if you ended up in a previous age? A bit like "Back to the Future 3", but without the Delorian, train, bandits, or Marty McFly. And NOT set in the old west. Catch it while it last, cause it probably won't be there for too long.
