This movie was pretty bad, though my biggest problem was not with Lon Chaney, Jr. (who does the best he can with his role). My problem was with Casey Adams, as the smarmy "hero" cop, especially his interminable talking scenes with the stripper girlfriend. Those scenes stop the movie cold.
On the other hand, the abbreviated 2nd part of "Undersea Kingdom" was pretty good, ridiculous costumes aside. One day, I'll have to find out what all happened at the end of all those serials.
The host segs were good. I particularly liked Officers Mike & Kevin at the end, and the voice switching at the start. And, even though I'm still not sure what the Mads' invention was, the "Playboy After Dark" setting worked fine.
All in all, not too bad this week.
