"yer blues yam"

Hello, have got a white label bootleg, witch is called "Yer Blues Jam", with J.Lennon,Yoko Ono, Eric Clapton, Capt. Beefheart, The Who, and Others.I would like to know something about it, because the record dosen`t has got anymore informations. Does anybody knows something about this record? Is it rare? Would be happy, if somebody could give me informations! Bye Volker
