Diesel is $2.10 a gallon

IN MEXICO.....a friend of mine in Nevada just got back from Mexico and he said diesel is $2.10 a gallon. consumers that are close to the border are taking advantage of the price difference by filling up 55 gallon drums. what the heck is going on? dbm
