The Federal Registry (the official legal notice paper for all federal laws proposed and opposed) has just published the announcement and time period for Public Comment regarding the banning of certain vehicles under the lead law.....
REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS AND INFORMATION ON CPSIA SECTION 108
"Comments should be filed by email to:
section108definitions@cpsc.gov
This is soley for those who oppose the general definitions as they stand now in Sect. 108 banning certain land vehicles under this new bill........your comments must be due within 30 days afther the publication of this notice.
The notice was published February 12, 2009.
Get on it, folks and send it to the masses......we need to overwhelm them with opposition to the definitions including our dirtbikes, quads, etc
