pam and i drove out to california, practiced on friday, raced on saturday and sunday and drove home. 3200+ miles and we are back. we saw snow and ice in new mexico and arizona and some semi wrecks. jody weisel from motocross action met us at the gate. we hooked up with pete perna, animal, dave ryan and danny wirt and his wife at the track. pete won the 60+ novice class, he can tell you the details. i need to drink less beer and train more. we went to the tony d awards deal and saw a bunch of old factory dudes and industry people. i pulled a muscle in my back on sunday and we headed home. a couple of casinos, a one inch prime rib and some dice were parts of the trip home. we got back tuesday around noon and i need some rest. here are some pix.
