I bought a perlino mare bred to a cremello . She foaled this spring and the foal was born with dark legs and dark points. She is now a funny looking kind of smutty buttermilk color with black legs and black points, I do not know what to call her. I sent in the registration papers with photos and marked her down as a buckskin, at the time that is what she looked like, a buttermilk buckskin, now she is changing , getting a winter looking darker body coat, kind of a smutty color. What is she? Jan
