I bought a little Canon Powershot SX110 a few months back. I really like this little camera. I wanted something smaller than myu big Fuji, something that was easier to carry around and would fit in my purse and such. This little camera is TOUGH!! I dropped mine in the river while on a canoe trip!! It was FULL of water. Water pouring out of it when i got it off the bottom of the river! I let it dry out for three days and it's works good as new!!!!! It has a 10X optical zoom and is 9mps. It cost less than $300.00. It also has the best video feature of any camera I have had. It videos better than my digtal video camcorder! My video on Youtube(search runninroan, the video is titled Six at Winona) was shot with this little Canon!
I know there are those of you that always ask about camera's for the holidays and such so I am suggesting this one!
