On her pedigree - top side is mostly Aussie horses and I don't know much about them. Bottom side - 6th generation is mostly King Ranch horses; Starting with Vaquero and down the list (6th gen only) - good solid horses which formed the AQHA.
Personally, I think you have a winner.
On the Sarcoid, follow med. protocols, treat it and see how it goes. As a friend says - being on the leg - it's a long way from the heart.
