I have always used Animal Genetics out of FL. You just print off the form from their website, fill it out, pull some hair, and send it in. It costs $25 per test. They get results back fast. They will email you the results within a few days and will also send a certificate in the mail. The website is: http://www.animalgenetics.us/Equine.asp
