MALL INCREASE SCEURITY HELPS DECREASE CRIME IN PARKING LOT.
AND FINALLY ELDERLY PROGRAM NOT GOING WELL.
The mall tells us que crime is down at least 2 percent down from last year which is an improvement from the year after when the mall was not open. The crime rate then, well we are not sure what it was, but how does 50 percent less sound.
