You are right, combining proteins is a myth. Basically, as long as there is a variety of food being eaten, then there is no need to worry. If the person is eating just potato chips and pretzels everyday, sure they are eating a "vegan" diet, but it's not a good one or healthy at that obviously. So the key is to mix it up thoughout the day, and I have provided a link "Protein in the Vegan Diet" and that has sample meal planning, ect. thank you for that very nice email a while back! It got me motivated to do even more and it is always nice to hear from you! Hope all this info helps out.
