Gentlemen, start your engines.......
On 22-25 May 2003 the VRCC Benelux will again host an international meeting at the Valk hotel in Heerlen. The meeting will sponsor the CliniClowns foundation. On request of many participants in the past, this years meeting will be extended by one day at this central location and excellent accommodation. At this moment, over 50 Valks will be present on Thursday, regardless. Without having seen the program or location. That is excellent news indeed. On Thursday night we will welcome all early birds from both the Benelux and abroad at the bar. In the evening, a live band and act will be present. On Friday, you will be able to participate in an orientation ride along the Ardennes and Eifel. During this 250 km. ride, which you can cut short at any time, we picked the nicest routes, cosiest terraces and a lot of sights of course. You can ride the orientation alone or in groups of your own choice. On top of that, you will get an attention from one of our sponsors to take along. After all, we want you to feel happy when you are making a detour. Friday night will be a country & western night. Of course, the meals and music also go with the theme. So bring your Stetson along. On Saturday the traditional Flat-parade will take place through the Geulvalley and Ardennes covering some 100 km. Action photos enroute will be taken of you by a rally-photographer. The elephant walk by a few hundred Valks will be interrupted at some nice spots and for lunch. For the less fortunate among us, a rescue and pick up truck will be available on both days. Saturday evening, the prices will be presented and you can enjoy our excellent buffet, followed by a nice evening. The evening will be accompanied by live dance music and acts. Finally, Sunday is for having a nice and quiet breakfast, say goodbye and a safe trip back home.
Besides joint rides and a good atmosphere, Eurowing will be present during the whole meeting. This buy & bolt on company will attach your accessories on your bike while you wait and watch. Furthermore, there will be various other attractions, like VRCC apparel, body art, leather- and tattoo shops, a bike wash and custom bike exhibition. As a special attraction, we have a professional and enthusiastic tuning team with a Fuchs test stand at the location. The performance of your bike, including fuel-air mixture is measured by newly developed Kheops software, resulting in values that are similar and comparable with the manufacturers. So this is your chance not only to check for proper tuning, but to exactly measure the performance increase by incorporating different pipes, adding triggerwheels, re-jetting, dyno or other modifications and enhancements that you may have added. It goes without saying that a nice prize and certificate of achievement will be issued to the bike with the best performance. Last but not least, the meeting will sponsor the CliniClowns. This foundation entertains children in trouble like sickness, handicap or trauma.

the organisation went all the way this time and is still doing so. However, this is not just our party but primarily and above all, your meeting.
