I would to take this opportunity to thank the STPC for having the Irish boys over to their finals. I have attended lots of tractor pulls in Scotland and never saw any bad tractor pulls yet. It takes me longer than 3 hours to get there, unlike Mr Spence my journey is 700 miles round trip with an expensive ferry crossing and Iam not complaining. The pulling was in my opinion excellent as only true pulling fans would know.It was unfortunate about the breakage of the sump,but it was then we saw a true club effort from the STPC. The sledge does need attention, but it is in better shape now than it was 2 years ago whem it was taken to a bull shiter. All the sledge got was a lot of expensive welding done to it, and had to be taken from him and repaired properly by people who kmew what they were doing. It is also now being operated by a competent person,who does not dump the pan when he feels like it, nor throws his helmet around the curtainsider when things do not go his way. Dear Jim, as far as bull shit goes your full of it.
